Discipleship Pastor Jon Price teaches a message from Proverbs 29:11 - “Fools give full vent to their rage, but the wise bring calm in the end.” We are wise to take a breath, watch our words, and look beyond an offense with patience, whereby we will gain more ground than if we react without self-control.

Pastor Jay continues our summer series from Proverbs with a reminder that proverbs are not guarantees but guidelines for living wise and avoiding foolishness. July 9, 2023 - Proverbs - Part 6

Pastor Jay's message is from Proverbs 3: 1-12. He reminds us that “the Heart of the matter” is “a matter of the Heart:” what we truly believe. The heart can be deceitful, leading us astray, unless we have a heart for God's Word to radically change our lives, giving us guidance, making us more giving, and providing our means for spiritual growth

July 30, 2023 - Proverbs - Part 9

Pastor Jay concludes our Summer Proverbs series with a message about Wisdom for the Family. He reminds us that when we take our eyes off Christ we go down the path of foolishness. We should realize that our life is an illustration of what we believe, and we should use every opportunity for instruction of our family, intentionally leaving an inheritance of our faith.
